About this event
Restorative yoga is an opportunity to release physical & mental stress in the comfort of supported yoga postures. A wide range of yoga props as well as breath & meditation guidance are used to contribute to a deep state of rest. It is a completely different experience than most contemporary yoga classes, known for its relaxing, calming and healing effects. *Jenni's renew class includes a mini sound bowl session at the end of class.* *HEATED STUDIO*
