About this event
A 90 minute immersive experience combining the structural relief of myofascial release with the benefits of Yin Yoga. The warmth from the heated room will help to melt away stiffness as we unite these two practices. Our evening will close with a gentle harmony from the crystal singing bowls and the deep beat of the buffalo drum.
