*Please wear sticky socks and bring a yoga mat* (We have extras if you need!) Take your love of fitness, dance, and Pilates and combine it in this fun, low-impact workout! Our barre classes will have you feeling the burn and jamming out the whole time! Using the ballet barre, you will experience balance challenges, "vertical Pilates" and will give those small muscles lots of love. This class is appropriate for all levels.
