About this event

This class is only for students who practice Suvita Sequence classes regularly. The teacher will practice with class and give minimal verbal cues so class can stay together and you get to revel in the quiet of the practice. Same sequence, heat and music as the Suvita "Fusion 75" but new students are encouraged to take guided classes regularly before trying this advanced practice.
