About this event
CRC Kids Drums is a fun fitness program for kids! It mixes music, rhythm, and drumming on large stability balls. Children use drumsticks to beat on the balls while they move and dance. It helps kids to get exercise, focus their minds, and build teamwork skills. This class offers a combination of drumming, movement and fun activities followed with stretching and a fun cooldown!
