About this event

Welcome to RECOVERY, our newest studio featuring the sauna and cold plunge. Be among the first to experience Contrast Therapy in our beautiful new space. Please arrive early with your bathing suit. Towels and spa shoes will be provided at check-in at the new lower-level Recovery Desk. Your experience will begin promptly at the class start time. Bathing suits only. No athletic wear permitted in the Cold Plunge. Redlight therapy is offered at an additional cost.
