Join Tracey for a deeply restorative Breathwork journey in the calming atmosphere of the salt cave. Breathe intentionally, to release stress, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself—all while enjoying the soothing benefits of halotherapy. Leave feeling lighter, grounded, and renewed.

Please note that These events accommodate 10 participants each for optimum comfort and enjoyment of laying on the sand.

SALT CAVE RULES: NO FOOD OR DRINK IN CAVE NO OUTSIDE MATS OR BLANKETS - Will be provided NO ELECTRONICS OR PHONES NO LATE ENTRY OR EARLY EXIT (Except in Emergency)

*Dress in comfortable loose clothing - shorts, tees or tanks are good for maximum skin exposure!
