- ➤ The Dear Utah campaign launched in October 2024 at the Utah State Capitol to collect domestic abuse stories and raise awareness about a problem that has doubled while only 26% of locals see it as an issue. The effort, led by the Utah Domestic Violence Coalition and 17 service providers, offers a secure space for victims to share their experiences and seek help — a step toward breaking the silence on all forms of abuse.
