CRIME NEWS
- ➤ Police recovered human remains from Lambert Park on April 25 and identified them using dental records as Gabrielle Makenna Shull—24 years old and missing since January 2024—while officials said they do not suspect foul play. ABC4
- ➤ Robert Virgil Dindinger—a 54-year-old therapist—faces 10 charges of sexual exploitation of a minor and two counts of voyeurism after former patients told Orem police that he made them strip and weigh themselves during therapy sessions. FOX 13
- ➤ Lone Peak Police have identified skeletal remains found in Lambert Park on April 25th as those of Gabrielle Makenna Shull (a resident of Alpine) who went missing in January 2024, and they do not suspect foul play as the investigation continues. FOX 13

- ➤ The Public Service Commission trimmed Rocky Mountain Power's request from $667.3 million to an approved $87.2 million sum that raises electric bills by an average of $4.31 per month for single-family homes and $3.31 for multi-family homes effective immediately. The decision came after reviewing the utility's costs (including deferring about $240 million to future filings) to balance rising expenses with fair rates for consumers. The Salt Lake Tribune
