- ➤ At a meeting at the Utah State Capitol, four Upper Basin commissioners warned that the Colorado River system is near failure from low reservoir levels and may adopt a 'divorce' from Lower Basin states — a change that would shift water release commitments. - ➤ State health officials said that two more measles cases were reported on Thursday, bringing the total to five in less than one week with three cases in Utah County and two in the southwest—all in unvaccinated people, including two pregnant patients.
