- ➤ Linda Disney from Lindon, who has been visually impaired all her life, partnered with UDOT after noticing broken audio crosswalk buttons at the intersection of Center Street and State Street in Orem. UDOT Region 3 has installed accessible pedestrian systems—providing clear audio cues that help Disney and others safely cross the street. Daily Herald
- ➤ Governor Cox said at a news conference on a family farm in Palmyra that China and its linked companies will not be allowed to buy farmland after a sale near the Provo airport was blocked for national security reasons. He added that state laws now force companies from adversarial nations to sell properties they already own—ensuring Utah land stays in local hands. FOX 13

- ➤ A free community clinic is coming to UVU’s campus in Orem to offer full-service care to uninsured residents.
