  • ➤ Lawyers for Utah voters have filed a case with the Supreme Court to challenge the Legislature’s congressional maps and claim that forming an independent commission is an ironic delay tactic. The Legislature must submit a new map draft by Sept. 25 and the court will rule on the emergency petition by Sept. 15 — a key step in the fight over fair boundaries.  The Salt Lake Tribune
