- ➤ Brigham Young University announced it will tear down its Abraham O. Smoot Administration Building at the end of December and build a larger facility for central leadership and student services. The university said it has not yet decided if a controversial name linked to a slaveholder will be used on the new building—this follows its policy of naming new structures by function.
