ACCIDENTS NEWS

  • A large house fire in Cedar Hills burned a two‑story home on November 30 after neighbors saw flames, and although the family and their two dogs were not home, firefighters—from American Fork, Pleasant Grove, Lone Peak and Lehi—spent 30 minutes putting out the blaze as the home suffered extensive damage and remains uninhabitable while authorities investigate the cause.  KUTV

ENVIRONMENT NEWS

  • Snow fell in valleys along the Wasatch Front on November 30, causing travel hazards and several accidents, including a crash involving three semi trucks on Interstate 84 in Weber Canyon. Forecasts suggest mountain areas will get heavier snow—up to 12 inches in some spots.  KUTV

SPORTS NEWS

  • The BYU Cougars held steady at No.11 in the AP college football poll as the Utes dropped to No.15 after a come-from-behind win, while Texas A&M lost its top-five spot and Texas A&M's peer Texas Tech reached its highest ranking in 17 years as several teams shifted before the conference championships.
