Wind down your weekend with gentle stretching, quiet reflection, and guided meditation under the full moon. This slower-paced class features floor-based poses held for several minutes, with props available to help you get comfortable and relax. We’ll close with a simple guided meditation, giving you space to settle your mind and prepare for the week ahead. All experience levels are welcome. No flexibility or meditation experience needed.
