Over time, some beliefs and perceptions may become outdated or no longer serve our best interests. When we can let go of perceptions or beliefs that no longer align with our true self, we open the door to new possibilities.

Releasing old perceptions allows us to make new choices, empowering us to create a more fulfilling and authentic life. Join Patty in the Selenite Cave ONCE A MONTH ON THE FIRST TUESDAY, a sacred space designed for reflection, healing, clarity and renewal, an ideal place for this guided journey.

During this guided meditation, we will have the opportunity to release limiting beliefs and perceptions. Give yourself permission and embrace the opportunity to choose again, opening the door to a brighter, more authentic future.
