This Brick Canvas signature yoga sequence combines stationary held poses with powerful vinyasa flows. The music is synchronized with four unique flows to create an inspiring and uplifting experience. The sequence for each class will remain the same so you know what to expect and can improve your skills each time you come. Please come with your yoga mat and water.
