- ➤ A judge ruled Friday that Utah’s $100 million school voucher program, Utah Fits All, breaks the state constitution because public funds are reserved for the public school system—she made the ruling after a lawsuit by the teachers’ union challenged the program. - ➤ A judge ruled that the Utah Fits All Scholarship is unconstitutional because it lets a private manager control public school funds — Gov. Cox said he is disappointed and will review the decision with his attorneys as an appeal is discussed at the status conference on April 23rd. KUTV
