If you're up early for the rivalry, you're in good company. No. 3 Utah hosts No. 9 BYU in the first top-10 clash in rivalry history, and the game was big enough that ESPN pushed No. 7 Texas vs. No. 18 Missouri to its own channel. Yes, it's 10 a.m. Pour the coffee.

It's a long way from 2006. Twenty years ago this month, BYU won 33-31 on a John Beck touchdown pass to Jonny Harline with no time left, and the game was only shown regionally on CSTV and The Mtn. Today, millions are expected to tune in.

The Wrap

Say the name Tanuvasa or Gentry around Utah County and you'll probably hear a BYU football story. Utah Valley women's basketball opened its season Tuesday with an 85-32 win over Park University, and the stat sheet read like a family reunion: Elizabeth Gentry is BYU lineman Andrew Gentry's younger sister, and Naia Tanuvasa is cousin to Cougar lineman Keanu Tanuvasa. Talk about a deep bench of relatives.
